Delete your data
Last updated October 11, 2026
This page explains how to delete the data Grabitor holds about you, including anything received when you connected a Facebook Page, an Instagram account, a YouTube channel or a TikTok account.
What Grabitor stores when you connect Facebook or Instagram
- The name and ID of each Facebook Page you chose, and the access token Facebook gives us to post to it.
- The username and ID of the Instagram professional account linked to that Page.
- The posts you scheduled or published through Grabitor, with their captions and the link to the published post.
Grabitor does not read your messages, your friends list, your personal profile posts, or your followers' data.
Disconnect Facebook or Instagram
- Sign in at grabitor.com.
- Open Me, then Settings, then Connected accounts.
- Tap Disconnect beside the account.
The access token and the account details are deleted from Grabitor at once. Posts that were still scheduled for that account are kept as reminders so you can post them yourself.
You can also remove Grabitor from Facebook itself: Facebook Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites), then remove Grabitor. After that, disconnect it in Grabitor too, or delete your account, so that our copy is deleted as well.
YouTube and TikTok
For YouTube, Grabitor stores your channel name and ID, the tokens Google gives us, and links to videos uploaded through Grabitor. For TikTok, it stores your display name, avatar, account ID and tokens. Disconnect either one in Me, then Settings, then Connected accounts, and those details are deleted at once. You can also remove Grabitor on your Google Account third-party connections page or in TikTok under Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions. Videos already published on YouTube or TikTok stay there until you delete them on that platform.
Delete your whole account
- Sign in at grabitor.com.
- Open Me, then Settings, then Account & security.
- Tap Delete account and confirm with your password.
This permanently deletes your photos, videos, designs, projects, scheduled posts, connected accounts and their access tokens, and your account details. Backups roll off within 30 days. Limited records we must keep by law, such as payment records, are kept only as long as the law requires.
Ask us to do it
If you cannot sign in, email support@grabitor.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your data. We will confirm when it is done, normally within 30 days.
