Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Grabitor for using Grabitor. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
Keep your login secure and give accurate information. You're responsible for activity in your workspace, including by teammates you invite.
Your content
You own the content you upload and create. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only as needed to run Grabitor for you (for example, to edit a video or post it to a platform you connected).
Only upload and publish content you have the rights to use — including music, photos, videos, logos and other people's likeness. Don't use Grabitor to infringe copyright or trademarks, mislead people, harass anyone, or post illegal, hateful or sexually explicit content involving minors. Ads you make must follow the ad platform's rules and advertising law, and must not contain false claims or fake reviews.
AI features
AI-generated images, video and text can be inaccurate or unexpected. Review everything before you publish it. Don't prompt for content that imitates real people without permission, well-known characters, or brands you don't own.
Connected platforms
If you connect YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
Posting depends on each platform's systems and rules, which can change or fail. We'll show you what posted and what didn't, but we're not responsible for a platform's decisions about your content or account.
Plans and payment
Grabitor offers Basic (free), Pro, Pro Plus, Business and Enterprise plans. Each plan includes daily or monthly limits (for example AI images, exports and storage). When a limit is used up you can keep working with credits, bought in packs. Credits don't expire and are used only after your plan's limits run out; you can turn automatic use of credits off at any time.
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Me → Usage & credits → Manage subscription, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments on the web are processed by Stripe. Purchases made inside the iPhone or Android app, if offered, are handled and refunded by Apple or Google under their terms. We may change prices with advance notice. Ending the service
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
Disclaimers and liability
Grabitor is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
